Upcycled from a laundry service, Dave’s well-loved overalls get a second life. He cuts off the sleeves to stay cool in summer and embrace the wear and tear that comes with his creative process.

Dave’s passion for restoration ignited at the age of 10 when he fixed up his family’s mini bike, experiencing a newfound sense of freedom that took him away from farm life. This early interest blossomed into a career in bicycle shops and bike restoration, leading him to explore bike frame building. Under the guidance of renowned frame builder Albert Eisentraut, David honed his skills, which led to a fruitful collaboration with Bruce Gordon, creating beautiful handmade frames over the course of 25 years. In 2018, he founded di Falco Fabrications, where he specializes in "era correct" restorations of post-war vehicles. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to authenticity, David continues to bring classic vehicles back to life.

Not available here in the US, Dave’s boot of choice is the Birkenstock Timmins High Boot, when he finds them he buys three at a time.
