The welding apron is a composite made from a Linde and a Tillman apron. Nick bought the Linde about 40 years ago and the straps were not working so he used the straps from a Tillman apron.

Nick has set off on an exploration of inner energies and personal experience, deeply rooted in the natural world. His wood sculptures, carved from single pieces of oak and fir sourced from their own land, reflect a unique connection to the material, revealing the inherent beauty within. In contrast, his metal works evolve through a meticulous additive process, transforming lifeless materials into dynamic forms driven by a sensation of energy. Each piece invites viewers to engage in a journey of discovery, reflecting on the interconnectedness of nature, material, and self-understanding.
